Service Agreement

Access to and use of Scarletor constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. This document establishes a legally binding contract between you (the user) and Scarletor (the platform operator). Read carefully before proceeding.

Article 1: Eligibility Criteria

Article 2: Service Definition

Scarletor operates exclusively as a social casino platform providing entertainment through simulated casino gaming experiences. The platform does not offer, facilitate, or enable real-money gambling of any form.

Specific characteristics of our service:

• All games utilize virtual credits devoid of monetary value
• No real-money wagering permitted under any circumstances
• No prizes, rewards, or items of tangible value offered
• No deposit mechanisms or payment processing systems exist
• No withdrawal or cashout functionality provided

Article 3: User Obligations

Users must comply with strict behavioral standards:

• Utilize platform solely for lawful personal entertainment
• Refrain from exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Prohibit automated access methods including bots and scripts

• Respect intellectual property rights

Violation of user obligations may result in immediate access termination without notice.

• Removal of proprietary notices

Article 5: Service Modifications

Scarletor reserves unrestricted rights to modify, suspend, or terminate platform services without prior notification. This includes but is not limited to:

• Addition or removal of games

• Implementation of access restrictions
• Modification of these Terms of Service
• Complete platform discontinuation

Article 6: Warranty Disclaimer

SCARLETOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties regarding security or data protection
• Accuracy or reliability assurances

Article 7: Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCARLETOR AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access or security breaches
• Any damages arising from platform use

Article 8: Termination Rights

We maintain absolute discretion to terminate user access immediately without notice for any reason, including but not limited to terms violations, security concerns, or operational requirements.

Article 9: Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from these terms or platform use shall be resolved according to appropriate legal frameworks. Users consent to jurisdiction for dispute resolution purposes.

Article 10: Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving intent.

Article 11: Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between users and Scarletor regarding platform access and use, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
